Booking policy &
terms of operation
Our goal is for every visit to be a complete experience of relaxation, well-being and quality care. These terms protect the time reserved exclusively for you.
Bookings
Services are provided subject to availability. For this reason, advance booking is recommended.
Each booking refers to the specific service, duration and time selected and reserved exclusively for you.
Cancellation or appointment changes
We understand that plans may change. An appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
For any cancellation, change or rescheduling made within the final 12 hours, a fee equal to 50% of the total appointment value will be retained or charged.
In the event of a no-show without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the total appointment value.
Late arrival
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time, so that your experience can begin without rushing.
In the event of late arrival, the session will end at the originally scheduled time in order not to affect subsequent appointments. The price of the service remains unchanged.
Service selection
Our team is available to assist you in selecting the service that best meets your needs.
Bookings are made based on service and availability. Any preference for a specific therapist may be taken into consideration but cannot be guaranteed as a condition of the booking.
Health and safety
Before the beginning of your session, please inform our staff of any medical condition, injury, allergy, pregnancy or other circumstance that may affect the safe provision of the service.
We reserve the right to modify or decline to provide a service where a safety concern or relevant contraindication is identified.
Respect for the premises
Acropolis Touch is a place of relaxation and well-being. Please keep your voice low and use mobile phones in a manner that does not disturb the peace and comfort of other guests.
Inappropriate, offensive, aggressive or harassing behaviour towards staff or other guests will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of the service, without refund.
Personal belongings
We recommend avoiding bringing high-value personal items. Acropolis Touch is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost or left behind on the premises, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Prices and payments
Prices and charges are calculated in accordance with applicable tax legislation. VAT is applied where required and is reflected on the final receipt or invoice.
Any offers, packages or special prices are subject to the specific terms stated for each offer.
Privacy and discretion
We fully respect the privacy of our guests. All services are provided in a professional environment, with emphasis on discretion, cleanliness and respect for the personality and boundaries of every guest.
Acceptance of the policy
By making a booking, the guest confirms that they have read, understood and accepted this Booking Policy & Terms of Operation, including the cancellation policy and applicable tax charges.
These rules are intended not to limit your experience, but to protect the time reserved exclusively for you and to ensure the same high standard of service for every guest.
